Unfortunately, there are indications that unknown third parties have gained unauthorized access to the hotel booking system, which is operated by an external service provider.

According to current information, personal data such as name, email address, and telephone number have been compromised in connection with the booking process. Payment processing data, such as bank details or credit card information, has not been compromised. We urge you to be particularly vigilant regarding unusual emails, text messages, or other suspicious contacts, for example, via WhatsApp or other messaging services, and to critically examine their origin and authenticity. Please do not open any links and do not comply with any payment requests made during dubious contact attempts. 

If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. The identified security vulnerability has since been closed. The booking system has been thoroughly reviewed in cooperation with the service provider and can now be used securely again. We deeply regret this incident and are working diligently with the service provider and cybersecurity experts to fully investigate it. Protecting our guests' data is of utmost importance to us.
